After an order is placed, delivery will be received within 7 days or less, unless otherwise delayed or specified. Please send an email to the team if you would like delivery further out. Deliveries begin 10/6/2025.
All pumpkin sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product. Variations in shape, color and texture are natural characteristics and part of their seasonal charm. We apply a coating to each pumpkin and encourage customers to do the same each week to prolong the life of the pumpkins.
Pumpkin longevity depends on temperature, sun exposure and moisture. Typically, pumpkins last 2-5 weeks in shaded or covered areas. We recommend keeping them out of the direct rain or harsh sunlight.
Because pumpkins are natural and perishable, some aging is expected. However, if there's an issue within the first few days, please reach out - we help troubleshoot care or have replacement options, if applicable.

Our packages include the delivery of pumpkins, as well as set up and design. If you would rather stage yourself, add a note when checking out!
We offer customized porch decor estimates outside of our seasonal packages for birthdays, celebrations, events, businesses.
